I think it's Episode 8 where the English version appears, since that entire episode (or at least most of it) seems to be a flashback.

Who is doing the Ex-Aid subs that are put onto Kissasian? 32 is already up with subs, but both Excite and TV-Nihon have yet to release their version. Same thing happened last week too. So what's going on here?
