I don't think so. The only time shenanigans about Super TaToBa was that the medals were from the future iirc

Super TaToBa can indeed stop time.

Would probably give that the edge over Cronus' pause too because at least that isn't tied into a video game.

I'm not going to lie, I can't help but question if Ex-Aid rider abilities like that would work at all on none Ex-Aid riders and/or Bugsters. While things like super speed would probably be fine no matter what, I'm specifically talking about Maximum Mighty X's reprogramming ability and, as you've already mentioned, Cronus' time manipulation abilities. You know, guys who don't operate on video game logic.

Ah. Well, Ex-Aid Muteki just negates everything alongside the natural ability to run too fast for the naked eye
