Is Mackenyu play the true antagonist

I feel Mackenyu got more Screentime than Rikiya Koyama who is supposed to be the villain

I've watched the Cruel Angel/GomenRider subs, visual quality is good but I can’t really speak for the sub quality. I never ran into a really badly constructed sentence or severe grammar errors or anything like that, and they don't leave Japanese words in there because they feel like it (Looking at you TV Nihon), but English isn't my first language so I tend to not be too picky about that if I understand what it means. I basically translate it in my head as I read the subs so I don’t really notice errors too often unless they're really obvious.

But I never watched the TV Nihon subs so I can’t properly judge how good these are.

I've been watching the Gomen Rider ones, they're pretty good I think. The video quality is nice and the subtitles don't make me want to slam my head into a wall.

Some of the Kamen Rider manga from the 70's ans 80's are pretty dark and violent. The manga of the 1971 Kamen Rider is surprisingly dark and violent. I would like to see a web animated series that is based on the 1971 manga.

In Gaim, Baron became an Overlord. In Drive, Chase as a Roidmude fought as Proto-Zero, Mashin Chaser & KR Chaser.

But in Ghost now... Alain being a Ganma and using the power of KR Necrom, near the finale will Alain gain a powerful Ganma form of his own? There is Superior & Ultima... will there be a "mega"?

Maybe? I won't rule this out because if they like the character enough and think he is popular they probably will give him something like that.

If you can find them, the 60fps versions (someone took the Gomenrider subs and applied them to newer 60fps raws) are interesting to look at.

Good show, and for me, pretty much the spine of Heisei Kamen Rider, more than Kuuga was.

Yeah, unfortunately the torrent doesn't seem to have any seeds, but I spent pretty much all day yesterday downloading those versions. Skimmed the first episode, and that's some damn smooth stuff. Looking forward to giving it a watch soon.

I remember for Agito I found a batch with a bunch of seeds being hosted by someone other than the original subbing group. The actual ones from Gomen Rider are soooo dead.

Eiji and Date from OOO were totally cool, I loved Ichijou from Kuuga, and Hajime and Kenzaki from Blade are just amazing characters.

I only watch a show as it's airing if it's interesting. Unlike completed shows, there needs to be some kind of incentive for me to come back week after week.

Maybe but who knows. I doubt there is a pattern with the shows. I just want a good Rider show. I didn't like Drive and I give up after episode 8. I didn't like Ghost and give up after episode 7. I want a Rider show that can hook me into the story again with the first episode like W-Gaim did. First impressions always help ;).

Wizard did had a pretty good start, but the show did went downhill after Phoenix was defeated in my opinion. People tell me that Drive gets better, but waiting 20 episodes to get better is not very good if you ask me. It should not take 20 episodes to tell a good story. It's like saying something like Bleach finally gets good at episode 60. Otherwise I'm wasting my time.

1) What key item do you think KR will do next? They did USB drives, medals, switches, rings, locks, toy vehicles & now eye-like spheres. Keys? Disks?

2) Would you rather see the Horoscopes a high school cult hiding in the shadows instead?

3) If you rewritten Wizard, how would you see the Phantoms as a menace?

Going from rings to padlocks to hot wheels shows a rather eclectic line, so it's rather hard to say.

I'd rather see the Horoscopes paced better. The first four or five were major threats across multiple episodes, but by the end of the series they were just ordinary Monsters of the Fortnight.

I have no problem with the Phantoms as presented. I know there are people who wanted to see the Phantoms claim some victims, but I don't have that complaint. The entire point of the show was to see Haruto save people, not to have him fail half the time. Besides, Fueki's plot was about seeing who could overcome their despair; he didn't need or want to create any more Phantoms. That's why he enabled Haruto to destroy them.

They can do CD discs or marbles for the next gimmick. Any gimmick is fine as long they are written well enough.
