Takatora was sort of helmetless in Drive/Gaim. It was mid transformation, but it lasted long enough for him to talk during it, so it was more than split-second.

If we also wanna talk semantics, Amazon, Shin, and Chalice are technically helmetless as well, since that's just their actual heads :lol

I don't know but I would love to see more 2000s Kamen Rider teamup stuff other than Den-O or Decade, Zi-O did a pretty good Kabuto one lol.

When I finally get the Rider Time: Blade that features Leangle King Form.
Also, just because an actor retires doesn't mean that completely absolves them of coming back. Gotou's actor retired (IIRC), yet he's back for the OOO movie.
