So I just recalled how Parado was actually the orange Ex-Aid Double Gamer the whole time and I gotta wonder, did they ever show Para-DX face off against the Double Action Gamers? Because if not then that's great foreshadowing. But if Para-DX did face off against Mighty Brothers XX then I hope there's a reasonable explanation for that...

Para-DX beats up the Mighty Brothers in episode 16, and no, they do not acknowledge that at all when the reveal came later. :) Make up your own explanation if you wish...

If Parado isn't present in Emu, Mighty Brothers simply "Emu"lates a Save State of Parado to use for Mighty Brothers. ;)

The orange Ex-Aid was the leftover DNA from Parad - which is why Emu's able to transform in the first place. How else could "M" have existed, when Parad has been a separate entity from Emu long before that?

They do - just not directly.
Since the beginning, we've seen Emu invoke Parad's qualities, even though we also know for a fact Parad exists as a completely separate being. The whole "M" thing. His eyes turning red. His other personality. All of that existed because not all of Parad left Emu when they separated - including the orange Ex-Aid. The big Parad reveal later on doesn't retroactively change anything that took place before that. Parad was always a part of Emu.

In all honesty, I feel that M was originally going to be a separate character from Parad, which is why there is the plot hole of why Parad never uses Mighty Brothers and Perfect Puzzle/ Knockout Fighter simultaneously.

I am not sure if anything has been said by the writer regarding any changes to the story as it went on, but I feel that M was originally going to be a separate character and possibly was originally going to be Cronus. Primarily because:

1. Parad’s reveal of being M occurs only a few episodes before Cronus reveal.
2. Cronus’ pose on the Bugvisor II is the same as Emu’s pose (aka M’s pose)
3. Cronus is essentially the main character of Kamen Rider Chronicle, which would align with M being the first Bugster and essentially the “ultimate gamer/rider”through Emu.

All that is to say that it really does not seem like Parad was originally supposed to be M from the start. Connected to M? Most likely, but I think that is what led to the face off between Mighty Brothers and Knockout Fighter.

This is really interesting. If M is the final villain in the Ex-Aid series, that's really awesome concept.

I think the concept about M are Cronus are awesome. I still think Masamune Dan's role as villain is quite boring after Episode 36, but Masamune's motivation as villain is still more interesting than Kuroto.

If M are Cronus, I think Masamune can become a good guy and he can helps the other Riders to eliminate Cronus M.
