Is Sci-Fi Kamen Rider better than Fantasy Kamen Rider?

I'm more into Sci-Fi Kamen Rider because most of GOOD Kamen Rider show are sci-fi!

It's rare to have a GREAT Fantasy Kamen Rider show without Sci-Fi Element

How come Sci-Fi work for Kamen Rider but Fantasy didn't work for Kamen Rider?

Den-O and Gaim are popular sci-fi show with Fantasy element but Wizard which is a fantasy show wasn't beloved by many folk

How can we made a GOOD Fantasy Kamen Rider Show without any Sci-Fi Element? Why it hard for Toei to make a good Fantasy Kamen Rider Show?

How well do Kamen Rider belts and other henshin devices fit? Are they quite clearly designed for children and therefore won't fit an adult?

Poorly for those exact reasons.
They make official belt extenders, but it's not too difficult to make one out of a normal belt.

Wrist straps are a different case. Those just kind of depends on how big of a person you are.

As Matrix said, kiddie size only, but you can easily modify them to fit you. Don't buy the overpriced belt extenders, waste of money.

I was talking to a friend about cosplaying Takeru and Alain from Ghost, since her hair is very similar to Alain's and she has similar earrings, and was just wondering if the official belt and arm thing would work, or if it'd be better to come up with something else. We're both skinny so it might make things a bit easier, but they're definitely still kids toys.

If you're skinny enough if might just work, but it could be a tight and uncomfortable fit. But as I said you can easily mod them with anything that ties the ends together. As far as alternatives go there are cheaper kid versions which are even smaller so not what you're looking for.

If you don't want to make something yourself you need the DX version. Or just buy a candy toy Eyecon and cosplay them without the henshin devices.

It's certainly be cooler to do it with the devices, but it might just be easier without. But then we can't do cool henshin poses.

Yeah these. Prices are okay too. There's a mildly cheaper alternative for your Takeru cosplay, you could use the Eyecon Driver G, the Grateful Damashii one. But I guess it's not about saving 10 bucks here.

My friend, DustofMetal, and I are slowly working our way towards modifying our Driver belts. Our idea is to fix matching colored cloth to the already belt pieces. We'll start and end where the belts meet the attachment pieces, that way it gives the image of the belt being one solid piece of fabric and not plastic with fabric attached to it.

Where does Project G4 fit in Agito? Is it a non canon alternate ending type of movie like some of the other early Heisei movies, or...?

HLJ also has a sale going on currently; maybe the Drivers will go on sale soon. They'll add new items to the sale tomorrow; if the Driers are included you could get them for cheap.

It fits right into the show and is canon. It takes place between Episode 35 & 36, just like the TV Special. Which you should watch first because it takes place before Project G4.

So: Episode 35 -> TV Special -> Project G4 -> Episode 36

However it is one of these movies which has no real impact on the show so you won’t miss anything major if you don’t watch it.

Wait, that movie was canon?! I had just assumed it was some crack alternate universe from the get-go.

Maybe it's not canon, I don't know for sure, but it's definitely not an alternate ending / alternate reality movie. It takes place in the continuity of the show.

If you do, make sure she dresses as formal wear Alain. Nobody should ever have to wear that stupid green sweater parka he's been rocking for the last few weeks. It is literally the worst thing Kamen Rider has ever done.

It takes place a little later than that, sometime in the early 40s, after Gills gets his upgrade form. As for canon, it's more of a "soft canon" - it doesn't perfectly fit in with the show, but doesn't outright contradict it. It's not really essential viewing, but it does have the best guest star of the early Heisei era.

That’s debatable considering the TV Special introduced Shining Form before it appeared on the show. It might be an error or they didn’t think about it, but the movie takes place after the Special and the Special aired after Episode 35.

See we both really like that outfit. In fact, that's part of what inspired the cosplay (the other part being her hair being similar.) so that's the route we were gonna take... All while munching on takoyaki.

The special that introduces Shining form blatantly contradicts the show though. Hojou finds out that Shouichi is Agito in the special but learns it through entirely different circumstances in the show proper. Agito canon is a mess.

So I showed my friend Ghost and she said Makoto looked like he was trying to be Nightwing. Which got me thinking...do any Kamen Rider characters remind you of super heroes? Whether it's because of their outfit, their personality, or whatever else.

Forgot about that. I remembered something about Houjo that didn’t make sense with the Special, that was it.

The Kabuto Riders remind me of Iron Man because of how techy their suits are. As far as persons go, no one really reminds me of a particular super hero.

Well, Drive reminds me of the Flash in a way. They both wear red, have super speed, though Drive rarely used it, work for the police, and one of their biggest villians wears a yellow copy of their suit.

During the final battle of Ixa and Rook?(guy who blinded him), why doesn't demon's abjection affect him?

If you were a Head-Writer of Kamen Rider show, What will be your Plot Twist?

If I were a Head-Writer of Kamen Rider show, My plot twist would be very complicated one for Toei because I want Lead Heroine to reveal her true color to our heroes! She was actually a member of villainous organization that she and Main Kamen Rider was fighting against

I thought this would be a good Plot Twist because most of Lead Heroine are goody two shoes and I feel no one would suspect them as a traitor! Why can't we have one LEAD HEROINE to be working for bad guy?!

It would have Main Kamen Rider being HEARTBROKEN at this revelation because all of those time spending with her and even fall in love with her! She is NOT brainwashed or pretend to be bad guy! No! She will actually willing to support Villainous organization!

What do you think of my plot twist?

The main character would tie somebody up and say "Hail Shocker"

If I wrote a season, my big twist would be that the monsters are slowly shown to be much more sympathetic than they initially appear. This is initially brushed off by our main character, but doubts begin to gnaw at them more and more. This would eventually lead to them uncovering a large scale coverup from leaders of both the humans and monsters, both of whom demonize those on the other side of the conflict from them, all in an attempt to convince their entire species that the only solution is to completely conquer their opponent.

My plot twist would be that all the enemies would be people the hero would have wronged in the past.

So like Japanese "My Name is Earl?"

Except with a bugman featuring a collectable gimmick.

What is the most frustration Kamen Rider Show you have to watch?

For Kamen Rider, It's Wizard because the show is BORING! I have to watch 53 EPISODES! 53!!!!! I hated that Myna Bird Episodes! That episode almost blow my brain up!

I can't stand their theme song! Wizard's theme song is the worst Kamen Rider theme song ever in my opinion!

Personally I go up to Mach showing up in Drive and I could not take it anymore. I really did not like Drive.

Agito was so incredibly boring and horrible to watch that I have no idea how I finished it and retained most of my sanity.

I haven't really had any frustration with any rider show. I thought Ghost was pretty bad, but when I picked it up again it wasn't as bad as I remember it being. Though there was one moment that stuck out to me and that was the cooking episode in Kabuto. I believe that episode was in the late 30's but my god it was so boring to me. Also maybe the first episode of Faiz. I watched that thing three times and could still not know what the heck was going on.

Den-O has honestly been pretty frustrating for me so far, I just can't seem to get into it yet.

If you're wanting a deep story, prepare to be sorely disappointed.
