Kyoyuger Rumor - More Than 6 Heroes?
 

About a month ago Tokunation.com brought you the rumors of 10 Zyudenryu mecha that would appear in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Today we bring you a new set of rumors about the rangers that may have been partnered with those other mecha!

According to information posted at AlphaHeroShock when Zyudenryu 06, Ankyodon, appears the spirit of his Kyoryuger will appear and grant the modern Kyoryugers his power! Ankyodons' partner ranger is said to have been chosen 500 years ago. Named Ramirez he was the Brave of Steel, KyoryuCyan!

This would also lead us to believe that for each new mecha the Kyoryugers acquire that the spirit of a fallen hero will greet them! We know for a fact that Torin created 10 Zyudenryu when the Debos invaded Earth in ancient times. There have been unconfirmed reports of up to 23 Zyudenryu appearing! Will we get a hero for each of them?

What they could do (if they were willing to) is-

1. Just lend the powers if their Zyudenryu to the core 6
2. Allow one of the core 5 to transform into the warrior (like Blue->Cyan)
3. Have the modern day versions of the warriors appear at the finale to help the core 6 fight against the big bad.

2 and 3 are unlikely, but damn, I wish Toei would take those ideas :lol

Cyan? Isn't that the color female Blues normally use? Wouldn't Takahito Ohmori's twisted sexism kick in if this was true?

With the worldwide attacks angle that the show is trying to do, it makes sense to have more than just 5 people (and 1 bird dude) to protect the entire planet. I just hope that with the expanded cast they're still able to properly develop each character.

More than 6 this should be interesting to see wonder if they will be more Rangers or Extra Heroes like Signalman and Zuban

More rangers are always good. Between the amount of mechs mentioned and this rumor kyoryuger seems to be getting a very go-onger like vibe.

I remember seeing 15 or so different colors of beast batteries. I wonder if there are/were Kyoryugers for all of them.
It sounds like the other Kyoryugers could be something like the spirit rangers of Jungle Fury, showing up infrequently, teaching the current Kyoryugers new tricks, and entrusting them with new mecha.

It sure would be cool to see 15 or 20 kyoryugers in an epic final battle.

So... Kyoruger is going to be the Ryuga of Sentai?

Very interesting, although I don't think there'll be a lot of rangers running around at once. Flashback stories to past heroes maybe? That would be cool to see.

I collect all Sentai Figuarts, but the first episode of Kyoryuger did not hook me like Gokaiger's first episode, which was bad@$$. It concerns me that I could be tempted to buy 23 Figuarts (if made)(and probably all Tamashii Web Exclusives) from a series that I don't yet care much for. Go-Busters wasn't great, but after seeing Kyoryuger, I'm beginning to appreciate Go-Busters a lot more...and that's saying something! :/

I just hope Figuarts finishes off the Go-Busters before moving on to Kyoryuger. We still need: Beetle J Stag, Beet Buster, Stag Buster, and "Enter Buster", at least.

I'm hoping the new season of Akibaranger will bring us some more classic Sentai Figuarts.

I'm down for there being ten current Sentai on a team. The only thing limiting them to six or seven is them.

One day I would love to see two groups of Sentai in the same series. 5 on 5 or 6 on 6, being rivals in the series. No real gaitn Kaiju. Just epic Mech on Mech battles every episode.

No, it's more of a sky or baby blue. Cyan is actually a darker blue than that. (Look at Diend)

Considering the cyan comments, NinjaBlue is a shade of blue normally reserved for female characters.

Anyway, be reasonable. There wasn't a Go-Onger for every Engine, same for Gao and the Power Animals.
I'm gonna say 7 Kyoryugers, 8 if Torin can morph.

Torin morphing could be some really cool thing. We'll have a new Dekamaster.

I'm gonna say they stay with six,and each Ranger associated with the color has kind of like a flashback,or connection with the Zyudenryu of the past Kyoryuger that used it.If there's too many Kyoryugers during the series,then the separate character stories will suffer.I'm not going to feel connected to the original 5-6 if every other week we have to get a story about a totally different Kyoryuger.

I can see the current Kyoryuger proving themselves to the past Zyudenryu in some way.(Say if the Anklyo Zyudenryu considered KyoryuCyan to be extremely brave or helpful to the people of the world,then KyoryuBlue has to prove that he can be just as brave or helpful)

Final point,if there's more then six,the story will suffer.It's good for action,but not character building.

I kinda like the idea, though it makes you wonder if the Zyudenryu choose new partners later on.

I'm guessing that at most it will be like the Spirit Rangers of Jungle Fury. Kyoryugers who don't have much personality and are only in-suit.

Considering how thin Sentai usually is on character development, it's no real loss to include more than 6 Kyoryugers.

Am I the only person who openly welcomes a huge number of heroes regardless of whether they're developed beyond "here's another dinousaur!" or not? :lol

The full team role call in their GoBuster crossover shall be 10 minutes long. :lol

Y'know what,I just stepped back and looked at the big picture.Can you just imagine how glorious it would be to see 23 different people doing the samba henshin at the same time?lol

I actually hope there's more than 6/8 Kyoryugers, lessen the amount of filler episodes and fill them in with some sort of character developments! Besides, the more the merrier right? (haha)
