Is Noah really questioning his Rangerness again? For flyings sake, it didn't work at all in Megaforce (as they used Hyde's footage who was basically joint red) and I'm guessing it wont work here either.

As for the rest of it? At least it sounds...focused, I guess? It sounds like the show will still have no plot or characters whatsoever but at least the whole thing sounds like just them fighting a war against the Armada. Which I guess is what Megaforce sorta was as well, apart from the fact that they compressed the roles of the important villains down so much that Megaforce lost all meaning.

Guess we know the role of Colonel Truman's actor is for Super Megaforce *looking at RPM episode*

I'm real curious to see how they explain the creation of Machalcon. I didn't watch RPM, but as far as I know: the Engines weren't sentient beings were they?

Love that they are referencing past seasons, also is the Turbo Falcon Zord a reference to Power Rangers Turbo or is it just me.

so their keeping the body change episode, but their changing it to be noah and jake? im a little disappointed but it might have some good comedy.

And knowing how the writers of "Clash of the Red Rangers" shafted RPM entirely, K is married to Scott, Flynn has a French Accent and the Boom Twins have switched personalities and backstories with Dillon and his sister.

The summaries sound great and everything (keep in mind I barely watched Gokaiger), but it all comes down to execution

Only 14 eps?! I didn't realize that. And of course Nick is going to stretch it over a year aren't they.

Most of the episodes they decided to adapt in Super Megaforce sound pretty vital from the Gokaiger source. Power Rangers has a habit of adapting a bunch of the early sentai episodes and cutting out the majority of the second half of the sentai material, but these summaries sound like they're moving through the Gokaiger arcs as fast as they can. I'm surprised Saban even bothered to mention Corinth, what with their "Disney-era Rangers are scum and don't exist" attitude. Props for that, I suppose.

I'm excited the SPD episode is happening. It might sound like a given with PatStriker, but nothing is ever definite. I do wish someone from the original cast was appearing in that episode - SPD had an amazing cast. John Tui and Michelle Langstone would both be great.

I hope Super Megaforce doesn't get bogged down with fanservice and still tries to tell a story. This is the show's chance to be what In Space was for Turbo 2.0 - a chance to change the tone of the series, tell great stories, and let the cast members really shine.

So is RPM still in a diffrent Dimension or just the Turbo Falcon zord.

Well, sounds good... I cannot wait for episode 6! Seriously... cannot. wait. Oh and the rest they seem good :lol But dang, I can tell which episodes they are from, shouldve expected that...

As an RPM fan I am F$%ing hyped now! this is going to be better than I hoped! cant wait to hear about the last few.

Secondly, I bet they are going to delve into the untouched storyline about the lights of Orion and the DaiRanger suits.

The "Ninjor" episodes didn't happen until the final arch of Gokaiger, and we didn't get the last 6 episode descriptions of Super Megaforce. So my assumption is they happen there.

I'm more sad that we haven't seen anything for Zeo just yet - I know the footage is mostly unusable, especially if they're skipping Basco, but I was hoping for a great Zeo story.

Still doubt we'll see the Dairangers.

I'm still kinda confused as to where RPM fits into everything after it, especially with this particular season.

The final zord that they acquire was named "MachFalcon" in Gokaiger, and they traveled to the alternate world of Go-Onger to get it. RPM is the Power Rangers adaption of Go-Onger. Since they've already used Corinth and the "alternate dimension" before for Power Rangers RPM in the Samurai/RPM team-up, they're simply using it again. However it's now called the "Turbo Falcon Zord" for Super Megaforce.

I just hope it doesn't talk.

Though I'm a little surprised at the usage of "Professor Cog". He was the villain in the Samurai/RPM team-up. Need to re-watch Gokaiger to see if he's the same villain.

So they get Gao Lion before Magidragon and the Patstriker (whatever they're really called in MMPR)? So I take they're just gonna have those zords right away.

The villain in Shinken vs. Go-On is different from the one in Gokai 35/36.

Edit: Know what I would've loved to happen? The writers, producers, everything production, from Jungle Fury to come back and produce Super Megaforce.

its mainly only Jonath Zachor that hates the Disney Era so i heard every one else dont mind cause some of the worked form before the by back. also it be hard to ignore Disney at this point due to they needed 20 years of suits and kids that are still watching will remeber some disney era season as well

A lot of interesting stuff here, although no sign of Vrak makes me sad.

Funny how the GaoLion and Machalcon tribute episodes are pretty much intact, but the MagiDragon and Patstriker ones are cut. Wonder how getting those powers will go down.

I won't argue my point because you've not seen all of Goseiger yet, but Megaforce didn't really do that because none of the "main" villains are actually THAT important.

Yeah but even speaking of the Warstar. Drake was basically cut out of the show entirely, despite doing a lot before his final battle. And his final battle came bafflingly late into the series, so it actually had no context, as the Rangers got beaten into the floor and didn't use their Ultra Modes and the show acted like we were just supposed to not notice.

And look at Dereputa, they smashed his story arc into pieces and played the thing in completely the wrong order and once again I think the show just expected us not to notice that from scene to scene he'd either have a scar or wouldn't.

And I know they aren't the main villains, but they are the main villains of their section, and Megaforce chose to make Drake more important villianwise than the Mutants who came after him (and way more important than he was in Goseiger), and yet they shot no new footage to make it make sense.

"A Lion's Alliance" is the best name ever. Alliterative and a pun! It's like Nossan's writing the for the show :D

Perfect Storm sounds like such a filler episode but I'm wondering if it's the Ninja Storm tribute.

Shame it's not Noah and Gia swapping bodies, that actually would have made for some comedy with Jake stuck in between, not knowing who to mack on.

All in all, looks like Gokaiger, smells like Megaforce but I'm actually willing to give this more leeway in terms of plot.

They better not skip Basco, he was the only villain that did anything.

First off, really generic title that's basically redundant, just like Super Samurai's episode "Super Samurai." I could have gladly accepted any other title, as long as it didn't sound as moronically dumb as this. Hell, call it "A New Beginning" or something like that and I would have been fine with it.

Second, from reading the other episode titles, it looks like either the Mystic Dragon power from Mystic Force either gets cut out entirely or is only shown for this one episode just to demonstrate what the Legendary Megazord is capable of.

Third, I REALLY wanna know how Gosei managed to get the previous teams' powers, because judging by the episode synopses, it sounds like the Armada's invaded Earth before and we never really knew about it. Or it could just be Saban bullshitting a backstory.

Fourth, speaking of Gosei, I'm assuming he and Tensou are fine now, despite Gosei's worried tone from the end of "End Game". Way to ruin the surprise, Saban.

I'm assuming this is using footage from Gokaiger episode 5, the Dekaranger episode. Oh, I can see it now. "Rangers, your courage blah blah blah here's the great power of SPD."

I'm sorry, didn't we already have an episode like this back in Megaforce? Didn't Noah learn about confidence back in episode three of that season? Looks like either he developed Aesop Amnesia or Saban did.

Gokaiger episode 9, the Gaoranger episode. Too bad there's been no news on any Wild Force actors returning for this episode, unless Rick Medina decides to reprise his role as Cole.

Gokaiger episodes 11 and 12, the Shinkenger two-parter episode. Honestly, I want to see which actor will show the least amount of emotion, Jayden's or Troy's.

Gokaiger episode 7, the Gekiranger episode. I find it rather odd how Casey wound up as a zookeeper instead of expanding the Pai Zhuq academy to other cities or something like that and teaching martial arts to kids.

Gokaiger episode 17, Gokai Silver's debut. See, this title actually sounds clever, unlike "Super Megaforce"!

Gokaiger episode 18, Gokai Silver joining the team and Gozyujin's debut. I was really hoping that the name Zador would be retained, but I have to agree with a few others, Orion sounds like he may have ties to the Lost Galaxy team in some way. Hmm...explanation of the Dairanger suits?

Gokaiger episode 19, Gokai Silver's Gold Mode debut. I really wonder how they're going to explain Robo Knight's face on his armor when it would have made much more sense to put Titanium Ranger's face there instead. But this is Saban, Sentai footage over American footage for him. That, and there have been no news of any of the Rangers becoming Titanium Ranger, so there's that.

Gokaiger episodes 25 and 26, the Hurricanger two-parter episode. Why? The title. We KNOW it's going to be the great power of Ninja Storm.

Gokaiger episode 14, the Carranger episode. Kind of obvious.

Gokaiger episode 27, the episode where Gokai Green and Gokai Yellow switch bodies. It makes sense to have Green and Blue switch instead, though it would be really funny to see Jake and Gia switch bodies. So many jokes could be made there, but I respect the change.

Gokaiger episodes 35 and 36, the Go-Onger two-parter episode. From what other members have said about the Samurai/RPM "team-up", Clash of the Red Rangers, I'm assuming that was awful in every aspect as far as the RPM half is concerned. So I'm going to assume that this episode will probably give RPM about as much respect as Tzachor gives the Disney seasons.

So no respect at all, then.

Gokaiger episodes 37 and 38, the Kanzen Gokaioh two-parter episode.

So out of all the episode synopses we've heard so far, there's been no mention of Vrak, Robo Knight, whether or not Basco will be adapted, or the fate of the Gosei Zords. I'm assuming that episodes 15-19 will explain this, but as of right now, my interest in Super Megaforce has taken a nosedive. The only reason I'm going to watch the next season is so that I can see how badly Saban will screw it up.

I'm starting to think Disney should have held on to the Power Rangers franchise a wee bit longer.

I think everyone here is missing the point...the "Power Rangers" brand...toys, shows, etc...are geared towards younglings.
The vast majority of which don't know that Sentai/Super Sentai even exists yet and therefore don't compare the way we do.

The fact that we all watch the Sentai series and then follow up with the PR series is mainly due to the fact that most of us grew up watching the PR series first and found the Sentai series later.

Fact: The Sentai Series, toys, etc, will always be superior to that of their PR counterparts.

There are reasons I don't watch EVERY new version of shows that I grew up with...Thundercats, Voltron, TMNT, etc...the new ones are crap by comparison...they just have better animations now.

Goseiger was a masterpiece in comparison to Megaforce
Gokaiger was, IMO, WAY better than Goseiger
I know that Super Megaforce is going to suck...but I'm gonna watch it anyway...just a sucker like that...heh

I think the only thing that is disappointing about all of this is that it does seem like Basco is indeed being cut.
