Rider Reference in the new TMNT
 

I was watching the new Turtles show earlier when I saw this:

This show is continues to be awesome. This is the only show I've seen a Kamen Rider, Chuck Norris, and Micheal Bay reference all in one episode.

I saw this and wondered if it was intentional. It's good enough for me though! :D

It's more than likely intentional. One of the show runners (I can not remember which) mentioned at SDCC that he's "a fan 70's Sentai" (using the word Sentai, not Power Rangers) while talking about team dynamics. It's not a far stretch to Kamen Rider from there.
