These look pretty good. It almost makes me stop hating Samurai.... Then I remember the episodes and go firmly back to hating it.

Maybe it is just the say this image came out, but it looks really soft.

What do you mean soft? Do you mean not blu ray quality enough or grainy? Some of the shots just don't come out as well as they look in real time. It's hard to capture the perfect non-blurry shots at times.
