No Dayu?
 

Seriously... do they not make a Dayu figure at all? I get all obsessed with the show and they don't even make one of my favorite characters but there is a cone tit Rita? *face palm* Why? Am I missing something? Is there perhaps an import version of her or is Bandai just fucking not worried about having villains... and making sure there are 7 versions of each Ranger? I am just a little frustrated.

We prefer "Madonna Tribute Rita Repulsa". And pretty much. Villians don't sell, neither do female rangers. Which is crap. I collect female Rangers! But yea. You won't see a Dayu, but they did make a Xandredd.

That's shit. They could have easily included Dayu in place of Rita. Should have no less. I happened to get lucky and find a Xandred at Walmart. Even still I really would like to see the villains treated a little better. The Rangers need someone to fight. Hell Hasbro gets that.

They don't sell like the Rangers. That's why they stopped selling Zord scaled Baddies.

What sells sells. Accepted. But correct me if I am wrong... Did Dayu not get more screen time than Rita in the Samurai Series? Also has Rita not already had a figure done? If that is so then in theory it would be within the realm of reason for Bandai to bend a little for fans... older fans and do the more samurai canon figure and just give us the damn Dayu. I bought three different sets of Rangers. Two zords. The tank. I got Dekker on eBay. Found Xandred. I have a Mooger coming from Amazon... and I'd like to Mooger build... but that will get retarded expensive fast. I just think maybe try the villain per wave strategy.

Rita never had a figure, which is why they got her out when they could. As a courtesty to old fans.

But I must say, I would be disappointed by the villain selection too. I remember MMPR had tons of villain toys. You need some baddies for your heroes to beat up, and more than just three probably would have been nice.

I didn't know that about Rita. The figure was terrible though. Aside from the cone tits which seem absurd for a child's toy... there was nothing great about that figure. It looked like a smiley face was the templete for the face paint application.

Granted I am new to this but I am certainly not new to collecting figures. One would think they would have made a Rita with the classic Rangers in 2010.

Alas I expect too much. I should know better having seen the ball dropped with Thundercats.

I guess its the same with all the toy makers.

Maybe in 18 years you'll get your Daiyu toy.

And honestly, it isn't like Rita is anything to write home about. The only reason I bought her is because she is pretty important character.
