Kyoryuger News Update: Villains, Side Characters and Zyudenchi!
 

With news coming in thick and fast of the 37th Super Sentai team, the Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, blog Alpha Hero Shock has provided a massive update of many of the characters appearing in the series.

First we have the previously rumoured villains, who are indeed known as the Devoss Gun. They are led by Chaos, the 100-face Priest. Their goal is to revive Devoss, an entity of which each general is a part of, and will be able to create DevoMonsters to fight the Kyoryugers. These generals are:

Next we have the team's mentor Torin the Wise God, who appears to be a bird-like creature. KyoryuRed and Green's fathers will also appear in the show, and will be played by Shinji Yamashita and Junichi Haruta respectively.

Finally there's the Spirit Base which will serve as the base of operations for the series. It will have a special place where the Zyudenchi (or Beast Batteries) will be stored. The list of currently known Zyudenchi is as follows:

And good god, are there a lot of them! Are there even that many uniquely cool dinosaurs?

Sagittarius Zodiarts as Kyoryured's father, Dynablack/Goggleblack/Eyes Dopant/Engine Shishinoshin as Kyoryugreen's father....wow. They should get Kane Kosugi as Kyoryupink's uncle or something while at it.

Awe man, that is exactly what I didn't want. Give me actors again for the villains!!! There is a reason Mele, Rio, Basco, Enter, and Juuzo are some of the best villains.

With that said, the generals being all part of Devoss reminds me of the generals in GaoRanger since they were the eyes, ears, and mouth of the boss man. I just hope Devoss is not some stupid giant floating head that whines all of the time and does nothing but give orders.

It says they're trying to revive Devoss. I doubt we'll be seeing him long enough for him to devolve into a whining body part.

Considering all the returning alumni, maybe they should have save Tsubasa's actor for this series.

Really want batteries 7,9,10,16,and 21.They all seem like they belong to KyoryuBlue.:) The villains look awesome,and I'm kinda curious if were gonna have another "mentor is the sixth ranger" thing going on.I mean he doesn't look old,and he sure seems to be in shape enough to fight.
