While introducing a character early to establish them is a great way to make them a ranger, I just don't like the character.

I voted yes based on the fact not only does he have more than a few lines he has a name and has interacted with all the rangers in and out of costume and has entire episode plot revolved around him. Now just introduce him to Gosei and it's a done deal. Oh, and the grey shirt. :D
