Should the Voltasaurs talk?
 

Since the overall theme of partners & mini-collectables reminds me so much of Go-Onger, I'm beginning to wonder why the dinos in this new series don't talk to their partners outside of battle.

In-universe its probably because of budgeting and actor schedules but- would it be something you'd enjoy seeing? Wouldn't it have been funnier in ep. 2 to hear Gabutyra complain about having to pose for a statue? :P

This isn't Go-Onger and animals don't have to talk for any of that...so my answer is "no"

However, if it meant that damn gun would shut the f**k up, I might consider it a good trade off.

Honestly, this show has enough characters slated to appear as is. There's not really room for the 20-something zyudenryu to have their own individual personalities.

However, DinO-Onger is an awesome name. Much cooler than Kyoryuger.

Sure, id be fine with them talking. But Voltasaur is ridiculous. Im fine with calling them Zyudenryu.

I hope there's a new dinosaur Pokemon who's electric type so I could nickname him that in X and Y.
