This was the offering at the 2012 Tamashii Nation event which was later offered at the Tamashii Web Exclusive shop, it includes effect parts for Fourze's spinning drill, Lightning bolt, flame, and smoke parts for Fourze's other modes, as well as stands for Elek State and Fire State.

Still should've been included with these damn figures to begin with IMO

yeah, they should have been included with the figures, but such is life.
I'm getting it as soon as I run across it on Mandarake (and it's not crazy priced, 4000+ is a bit much).

Honestly? I like the other effects parts set. With the concrete stand, it just looked better to me. For Base anyway.

But, then again, I think I would've preferred the figures to include more modules.
