What is a Tamashii Web Exclusive?
For those unaware, a Tamashii Web Exclusive is a product under the Tamashii Nations Banner (S.H. Figuarts, Robot Damashii, Super Robot Chogokin, Ultra-Act, et cetera) that Bandai of Japan has, for whatever reason, decided is too niche for a wide release and thus is sold at a markup on their Japan-only webshop. The choice for exclusives is frequently bizarre and seemingly random, but always expensive.

The left side has the items coming out.
It goes 2012年6月 for Year and Month. Releases usually lock out 2-3 months before release.
Do yourself a favor and check the release pages. This is less than half of the stuff actually up there, it's just the Toku-relevant stuff.

I wonder if we'll end up seeing more accessories for Joker closer to release. I can't think of what exactly, but I'm sure there's something we currently don't have available for Double that could come with him.

I dunno about you guys, but I definitely think that this is sticky worthy.

I think it's worth pointing out that Tamashii Web Exclusives aren't actually sold at a markup. They only become more expensive for foreign fans because of the various middleman fees associated with having to get someone in Japan to buy the figure for you and then pay for international shipping to get it to your house. The figures themselves cost pretty much the same as the ones in stores do if you live in Japan.

It's not really all that random as to what gets made as an exclusive either, at least not where Rider Figuarts are concerned. There are exceptions, but generally speaking you can assume that any secondary Rider alternate form, movie Rider, main Rider minor form, or kaijin will be an exclusive. Main Riders, major main Rider forms, main Rider ultimate forms, and secondary Riders get wide releases.

With Sentai Figuarts it's looking like girls will always be exclusives.

I wish this wasn't true. But damn it, it is.
