Some iteration of Armor Hero, a Chinese toku series with heroes that emulate various Japanese hero designs closely, which is how you end up with a guy that vaguely looks like Gosei Knight and a belt that looks like a mixture of the TaJa Spinner and Kuuga/Agito's belts with the gems from Wizard rings attached.
