Ultimate Ranger Team Tournament - Sixth Division Round 4
 

Let’s play a game: The Gokaiger adaptation isn’t season two of Megaforce, it’s a brand new series with a brand old cast. The six Rangers are all returning characters from previous Ranger teams, gathered together to face off against the most powerful evil ever. But which six Rangers? That’s where this tournament comes in.

We’re going to cast this team with the very best Red Ranger, very best Pink Ranger, very best Blue Ranger, very best Yellow Ranger, very best Grack/Bleen Ranger, and very best Sixth Ranger.

The current team consists of:

Red Ranger: Carter Grayson
Yellow Ranger: Lily Chilman
Blue Ranger: TJ Johnson
Pink Ranger: Jen Scotts
Green Ranger: Adam Park

The rules are simple: the Rangers of each color fight it out to see which one stands at the top of their personal section of the rainbow. The winners will be determined by popular vote, feel encouraged to explain your choices to help sway the undecided. Fights are all-out brawls – any power-up or weapon is permitted, short of the Zords.

Battles are decided by random selection and each character is represented for each of their colors (Rocky and TJ are in both Red and Blue, Tommy is in Red and Sixth, etc.). Rangers with multiple powers in the same color will be using the ones which are most unique to them (Adam is Zeo Green, Cassie is Space Pink, etc. – yes, this kinda shafts the Turbo Rangers, I know – all three Turbo fans are free to register their complaints). All major teams are represented, MMPR through Megaforce. Evil Rangers like the Psychos and A-Squad - as well as one-shot Rangers like Cat or SPD Red Bridge - are excluded.

Alien Rangers haven't had a great run in this tournament so far, with only Andros and Karone making any kind of lasting impact. Let's see if either of these extraterrestrial Rangers can make a better showing.

Doggie, what did the guy named after an elemnt do again? Besides have a metal dtector as a weapon :p

Of couse Doggie is better in every way :lol

Anubis. He wasn't in Operation Overdrive. But it's more than that. He single handily took down one hundred enemies to save Kat's life, he has years upon years of service and experience to fall back on. He's by far the strongest.

I kind of wish Daggeron would have won so we could have had the possibility of a John Tui Vs. John Tui round (he played both Cruger and Daggeron).

I'm going with Shadow Ranger on this one. Cruger is a commander of an intergalactic police force whereas I can't remember a darn thing that Tyzonn did.

Giving it to Doggie. Head of SPD, a skilled fighter with years of experience, and D-Sword Vega. He can handle a metal detector (Though, can't Ty turn into mercury or something? Didn't care enough about OO)

i give it to tyzonn. our ultimate team needs an alien who can realistically fit in his helmet.

Doggie because he's badass and awesome and my favorite part of SPD.

I'm actually having a hard time with this one. Doggie is a skilled combatant and a powerful warrior, but Tyzonn is also a skilled and powerful warrior. Doggie's a trained policeman, as well as the head of his sector, but Tyzonn is a rescue worker, much like Carter. Doggie can take out 100 enemies by himself, but Tyzonn can turn into mercury.

This is a difficult decision. I like both Rangers, but I don't really like one over the other.

Eh, I'll just go with the underdog... that doesn't tell anyone who I'm voting for, does it?

is tyzonn really more popular than Rocky?
