If I was to criticize I would say the Fire type needs some work, & you need to create more physical differences between the Grass types 1st & 2nd forms. Oh! And lose the guns on the water type, that's more of a Digimon thing.

But in response to your criticism about the grass starter's 2nd stage, it has longer leaves on its head, has gained wings, the leaves on it's arms have become leaf-blades, it's tail leaf has become a bulb, and it's neck has become longer.

Towards the water starter's guns, it's supposed to be based on a battleship, hence the guns

Ahhh I love fakemon. Had my own attempt at it a few years back, good fun, though I'm a bit crap at drawing different perspectives other than side on =p

Some very nice designs man, I'm not a fan of the more humanoid ones, but then again I've never been fond of real ones that are humanoid, same for Digimon and Yugioh. I like my monsters as monsters =p
