Kills me that it takes longer to sub AkibaRanger than Go-Buster, AkibaRanger is getting WAY more interesting!

I think it's because Akibaranger is "more challenging" to translate. There are a lot of puns and slang in the dialogue that only the Japanese can understand. Plus, translating the names of the Chief Clerks can be a headache.

You can see how the Over-Time and TV-Nihon fansubs really contrast each other. In some instances where TV-Nihon directly translates a Japanese phrase, Over-Time replaces it with one that's more well-known to the Western world. For example, in episode 6, this is what ©Na tells the Akibarangers after she and Shimokitazawa Hoya defeat them:

TV-Nihon: "Go wash your face! And try again another time!"
Over-Time: "Don't call us... We'll call you!"

Personally, I don't prefer one fansubber over the other, but sometimes, I prefer the literal translation.

Yeah, it's weird like that, I prefer OT for Gokaiger, but prefer TV-N for KR Fourze, just because I like TV-N used "Space is Awesome" instead of OT's "It's Space Time" :lol

This is yet another typical Junko Komura episode which ends up being random and repetitive. It's the weakest episode so far, but still entertaining.

Probably the funniest moment of this episode is when the trio are sitting on a flight of stairs, and Akagi mentions this is the moment text appears on the screen to promote a campaign for the show.

This was a pretty good episode; the plot definitely thickens...

The gundam reference (in OT's Subs at least) had me laughing hysterically.
