Of the Heisei era Super Sentai titles from 1989 to 2000, which is the best?

GoGoV.

I've not seen enough of any of them (yet) to be a real judge, but from what I've seen I'd go with Jetman.

It's tough- 'cause I love Carranger and Megaranger... Dairanger is good... Zyuranger is goofy but good... I like GoGoV... Fiveman...

Based on what I've seen, I guess the answer is probably Jetman.

thats all I got since I havnt had the opportunity to watch any of the older series

I've seen a little of Zyuranger, Kakuranger, and just finished episode 2 of Jetman. I like them all and want to see them have completed subs, but the one I want subbed the most is Kakuranger.

Timeranger - Timefire and overall story was my favorite
Megaranger - High-school sentai done right
Carranger - The Gintama of Super Sentai
Kakuranger - Kane Kosugi FTW
Dairanger - Suits and fight choreography were awesome
Zyuranger - The show that got me into Super Sentai since it was the base for MMPR
Jetman - Story was pretty well done, Inoue Toshiki at his finest

This is no contest, DaiRanger hands down. That is by far the greatest Sentai series made thus far.

KakuRanger is the second best series ever.

No matter what series you pick though, Jetman to TimeRanger (91-00) were the best years of Sentai as every series in the 90s were good. CarRanger and GoGoV are probably the third and fourth best from that era with OhRanger and MegaRanger being the weakest.

Gonna have to go with GoGoV on this one.

GoGoV is definitely an awesome series, the Saima Clan are probalby the most complex villians out of all the Sentai series I have seen. However, it lacks truly great action scenes outside of certain moments (like how badass Matoi is to shoot monsters at point blank range).
