Finding hard to think i should Change my Fan subers over to Over Time
 

ok i have been a strong support of TV Nihon Fan subs i don't mind the Wait for them but i do Feel like i a missinf story that every one else knew due to Over time earley Release. so i wondering Should i give Over time a chance and see if i like how they sub there shows or stick with nihon.

I'm pretty sure fansub wars aren't allowed.

But speaking personally, no offense to TV Nihon, but I don't like how their idea of a 'truer' translation is to leave half of the stuff untranslated. That is why I always go with Over Time if I can, their videos are usually done with better codecs as well and are much better quality.

i know there not allowed but i not making this post sound off to start a war its more of a support my theory if i should give over time a look or chance

I don't mind TVNihon, but having used both, I prefer OverTime. They translate faster and (in my opinion) better. If only they had a larger backlog.

Now, where did I put my Bomb Shelter

I stopped caring about them the moment I watched the third episode of Kyoryuger and they did not translate Nossan's pun into a pun, but did a complete literal translation. They did the same thing in the next episode with Ian, so I've pretty much stuck with OT since. Nothing against them, as I still love their fonts and stuff, but I'll stick with OT for new shows and Nihon for older shows (provided they actually complete something sometime).

ok i give them a Try and i will say and post here if i like the change if i do i will say this now i will miss the japanese name kept for henshin and other things.

Ok I find them slightly better then NiHon but I will miss reading the sensei and henshin but I can follow the story better but I still use NiHon for garo

See, I'm the opposite. Although I love puns, I'd rather know the original context of the pun. OT did an okay job with English versions of said puns, but it's still not the same thing. I love puns in all languages. Cross language puns are fun too.
