Okay episode.

Curious what's going on with the Go-Busters leader though. Had a conspiracy theory this morning that he's actually Messiah, with the whole thing being to create a trumped-up pretext for his division to exist or something.

But that's probably way off. All the same, it's clear to me that Messiah's too incompetent to lead, given he didn't even suspect something was off when his designers (who are probably the missing scientists) told him they needed more Enertron (while Enter didn't fully buy in to that).

Definitely liked this episode. Mainly for the 30 second cameo by Beet and Stag at the end. :lol After the commander left in 13 these last two episodes just felt like filler to flesh out the show while he went looking for Beet and Stag. I could have cared less about the monsters or the Buddyroids birthday.

But dear god that prview for next week looks terrible! Magi Yellow was a bad enough actor choice for Beet Buster. But to give him that ridiculous long hair and dress him up like some kind of, I don't know what? Yeesh that does not work at all. I liked him as Magi Yellow just fine but he is on the wrong end of the snaggletooth spectrum to be playing a badass like Beet Buster. The episode itself looks awesome but man they could ahve picked a better returning sentai actor.

While I agree that they could've picked a better-looking actor to play Beet Buster (my preference would've been the actor of Takeru/Shinken Red), I think he actually looks better than his MagiYellow appearance, and for some reason the long hair suits him better. I'm curious why Toei would get a sentai alumni to play Beet Buster though, since it's something they haven't done in a long while.

Not liking the look of Beetbuster I have to say. Hopefully next week's episode will change my first impressions.

Tsubasa's actor is going to be portraying Beet Buster? Cool. He was always my favorite of the Magiranger team(not counting Wolzard Fire mind you).
