OOO all the way across the board.

As a character, OOO is inherently stronger and far more versatile.
Beast has never proven that, power wise, he can play on Birth's level.
Ankh could destroy Koyumi while eating a popsicle.
King OOO is far, far stronger than the White Wizard. He's the epitome of greed while using a belt powered by greed and desire.
Between Phantoms and Greeeds, the Greeed were constantly shown to be stronger. At no point in Wizard has it shown that Phoenix or Medusa could hang with Gamel or Cazari.

Alchemy is a cooler concept and explored more in OOO than Wizard's concept of Magic.

Exactly. Mezool alone would wipe the floor with Medusa, and Gamel would see constantly destroying Pheonix as a game. Kazari would just tap his head and troll Gremlin for fun, and then beat him down. And please. There isn't one other Phantom who could stand against Uva.
And you're dead on about OOO v Wizard. OOO has an answer for each one of his forms. Flame Dragon, TaJaDor. Land Dragon? Try a little SaGoZo. Water? Pfft. Shuata! Haruto doesn't stand a chance.
And as awesome as Nitou is, Gotou-Chan could wipe the floor with him easy.
Ankh v Koyomi wouldn't even be a fight, really. Ankh would just slap her like she was an unwanted Trash Yummy step-child.

I forgot Eiji's greatest's combination! Aside from the fact he could emote, and was a real person. And Haruto is a stiff construct that can only fake human emotion.

PUTOTYRASAUR! Name one Ring he has that can stand against a Medal Combo that can destroy Greeed Cores and Desire? You can't because one doesn't exist. All Eiji needs do is call on those Purple Medals and Haruto is right screwed.

Actually, all Ankh would have to do is sit in a tree eating a popsicle while Koyomi stares at him from the ground until her mana runs out.

I agree with everything except Beast vs. Birth. In that fight, I think Beast would have Birth beat. The guy just proved he could go toe-to-toe with the White Wizard. Plus, Beast doesn't need 1,000 Cell Medals to access Chimera. But aside from that, I agree with the points everyone else has made.
