Alright, I recently started a project of watching every episode of power rangers, currently as of this post I have made it to the beginning zeo

my thoughts of the seasons:

Season 1 is very good, though the american ranger footage is not very good, but as a whole the show is still enjoyable 20 years later

Season 2 is a huge improvement, rocky, aisha, and adam are pretty good, though they will not get into their strive until the end of season 3 into zeo. the american footage is really good and it gets to the point I didn't want to see sentai footage

season 3 was fantastic, you got original zord footage which was amazing, the actors are really getting into their strive, some great moments, and while the alien rangers were weird, they were very enjoyable and overall was a great season

will make a new post as I get through zeo

Wasn't someone else doing this? I believe he got into LSR and then gave up. Woot!

I do hope you find Zeo more watchable than I. That was an endeavor for me...

so far I'm enjoying zeo, about 10 episodes in, the themesong is fantastic. hopefully I can continue to enjoy it

Alright I am now 10 episodes into turbo, Zeo was a fantastic season, absolutely loved it, rocky, tanya, and adam really shine in this series, now I just got to make it through turbo :lol

Dai, I know you want to do this, but.. Are you sure your body can take watching every episode of Turbo? Have you consulted a doctor?!

Eh, if you can stomach the episodes before the changeover its smooth sailing from there.

I think he's watching those now. I felt the earth shake. cats are playing with dogs... THE WORLD'S GONNA END! RUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!

MMPR S1 was all about fitting Zyuranger footage in with an American cast and changing the story to make it work.

With S2 they got to take more liberties because the suits didn't change, but the footage did.

S3 is just all over the place. They made it work, but still.

Zeo is just a masterpiece from start to finish. It really took the characters and expanded more on them each personally - Adam, Tommy, and Tanya got the most characterization. the Gold Ranger saved the season from becoming boring.

Turbo is ... I dunno. I have no words for Turbo. RIP.

Turbo is just a weird season. Starting with that movie, that really wasn't a movie, it was the premiere for the new season Saban wanted money for. Zeo is a great season. In Space is a good season (Yes, I just said that). Turbo is just a dud. Not as big a one has Might Morphin' Alien Rangers but still.
