I LOOOOVED Bioman, and they have one of the coolest mecha around, so they got my vote!

I've never seen the other 2, so I voted for Megaranger. But I do like Megaranger.

I don't know much about Megaranger, but I've seen an episode of each of the others. Bioman looks pretty cool, but Denjiman has Kenji Ohba and a psychic alien dog. I'm going with Denjiman.
