Why would Zangetsu's white plastic fell cheap? Wouldn't he be on par with Fourze?

The difference between a $20 and a $45 figure :)

Zangetsu is, by all accounts and purposes, a remold of Kamen Rider Gaim - meaning they took the same casting plates, and simply did a new head and changed the color plastic to white.

I'm not 100% familiar with the plastic molding bit, but from what I was always led to believe, the quality of the plastic has to do with the COOLING of the plastic after it's been cast. A cheaper plastic cools faster, but also becomes more brittle. When you're dealing with white plastic, it costs xx amount more to get the same quality plastic as a not-white colored one.

White plastic is hard to do because the cheaper the plastic, the more "dirty" it looks, the cheaper it feels, and the more quickly it falls apart. It's not as bad as the dreaded gold plastic, which is too soft and thus degrades from dryness over time.

The Fourze Gadget Change figure thingie was $45? I though it was supposed to be a budget line?

I thought you meant the SH Figuarts :lol My bad.

I didn't bother with the Fourze Gadget Line. So I'm no help there :(

These look really nice, I'm new to this stuff so what scale are these?

The figures are about 5 inches tall. I've got tons of Transformers so if you want me to compare then to one let me know.

A real pity about Zangetsu's white making him brittle. Maybe if his Shin form is casted in a light grey perhaps he'll hold up better.
