In the guise of a high class billiards lounge, the mysterious man known as "Mister" organized 3 exceptional individuals who frequented this billiard lounge in preparation. These three were given the special devices designed to enhance there normal abilities, and destroy militia! They take aim, and shoot there ways to peace on earth, and become...!"
