since we had kamen rider black rx and ryuki adaptations,my question is how would you adapt kamen rider for the usa?

I'd bring over Blade and keep the overall plot but make Chalice female.

Why would Chalice be female? The Hearts motif? Diversity in the cast? You think the Hajime/Amane relationship dynamic would be cuter if the genders were reversed?

I presume that this question is being asked that Chalice's characteristics get brought over rather then be a different character. We need more diversity in Rider. As much as I like female side characters, Blade was an all around sausage fest both on the good and bad side. And Hajime would be the best character become female because at the end of the show, because he's the best Rider that's not Kenzaki. Since main Riders are never going to become female, you have the choice between Angsty Mutski, Brooding yet caring Tachibana and Loner but becomes sensitive Hajime.

Plus, we never really see loner females in toku. They're always played as either comedic characters, love interests or the "heart" of a team.

For some reason, Toei and Acting agenecies and japan does not want to put out their toku legally in the west for some reason. They'll be happy that collectors (a small minority of an already small fanbase) import and buy toys. But to sell DVDs and blu-rays of the series, which a majority of fans will buy? LOL nope. Gotta do all of this shady and illegal stuff just to watch a tv show from one of the biggest superhero franchises in Japan.
