It was a bad show ?

Not at all, in fact as far as adapting the source footage in an original way I'd go as far as saying its one of the best.

I LOVE Dragon Knight, one of my favourite Kamen Rider shows.

It was much better than masked rider from saban.

Oh God Saban's Masked Rider was HORRIBLE, I saw the first 2 episodes they SUCKED.

Dragon Knight is a good show. It has its flaws (like 4 clip shows, including the finale), but I feel it captured the spirit of Kamen Rider quite well. Especially with it being an adaption with almost none of the original story kept.

PS It was also cool to that Dragon Knight and RPM were aired back to back for awhile (though on different channels and not everyone got both).

from the few episodes of it i've seen i actually love it.

This thread makes me happy, I've been a big DK fan for years and usually whenever it's mentioned on this forum it's in a negative light - but look at all this positivity! I think I'm gonna rewatch this show in celebration.

Dragon Knight wasn't bad. But the henshin call is the problem.

Why not call the henshin "Kamen Ride!"?

As for Adam. If it was rewritten, Adam would've been the evil guy responsible for Kit's false crimes.

Here's the thing:

- Kit used Adam's Dragon deck as his own. But when an illusion Onyx appeared in Kit's nightmares, the deck slowly corrupts. Otherwise, Xaviax gave Kit an advent card to do it.

- After Kit gets vented, Xaviax gives Adam his old deck which later turns into Onyx. Kit gets rescued by Eubulon from the Advent void and given a new deck from the same type of dragon. Which makes Kit now the "true" dragon knight.

- Although Adam joins the team in "redemption", Adam turns on Xaviax and the riders for his own selfish goals. And that is to be free. In doing so, he killed Xaviax: your usefulness has ended! He'll also intend to kill all the riders in order to be free, even Eubulon and Kit.

Because Decade was doing it and both were released in the same year.:D
