2 seasons per episode or 40 full episodes
 

Do yous guys prefer the old format or the new one ?

OLD format, my preference anyways but till the new format dies out & Haim decides to air Power Rangers on another tv channel that is allowed to, the new format will still be used :L.

I know it wasn't an option but I actually liked it a lot when Disney seasons started trimming down the episode amounts, even forty episodes often seems too long for me and although thirty may be too short it forced the writers to be much more focused in their storytelling, characters and the sentai footage they're adapting.

Not that that worked for Neo Saban where we got twenty episodes of poorly dubbed Goseiger footage, followed by so far six episodes of poorly dubbed and insultingly edited Gokaiger footage.

Honestly I'd be fine with just twenty episodes per season.

It would trim out a lot of the filler & it seems better to me than "Super-Sizing" every other year in a desperate effort to keep pace with the Japanese source materials.

The Super thing needs to just go away.

I think 20 is too short, but 40 is too long. 30 sounds optimal, but it may work with a less rounded number like 28 or 32.

I think thirty five episodes should be a nice tidy figure to aim at, allowing them more than enough room to tell their story without having to also include the copious amounts of filler included in every sentai season.
