The original clip is from the tv Asahi Gaim website. if you go to the Sano Gaku's Today corner which is his weekly video blog corner you can see the version with vocals.

I love these 3 they are awesome I have to find one with vocals.

Go to the tv asahi Gaim website and go to Sano Gaku's Today section. Just remember that they never archive stuff so this week is probably the only time you will see this clip with vocals. On a side note they did say this clip is part 1 so....

This proves that Just Live More is so badass of a song that you have Gaku Sano in sweatpants running and jumping around and still makes the video epic.
