RiP Bob Hastings 4-18-1925 - 5-30-2014
 

Bob Hastings passed this week. And we'd all be remiss without remembering the role we probably all know him best has. Commissioner James Gordon in Batman: The Animated Series and various titles since. This man's voice was a big part of my childhood (Between Batman and Challenge of the Super Friends). And he shall be missed.

First we lose Casey Kasem and now we lose Bob Hastings... Why must we lose so much talent this year? :cry

It's awfully unfortunate when anyone passes. Being another who knows him from B:TAS, it's sad to see him go.

I was going to comment briefly on the date until I figured that it's simply a typo.

People are dropping like flies recently, it's really depressing. :(

It's not a typo, he died Monday. I just heard today.

5-30-2014 is May 30th.
Either it's a typo or he didn't die this week.
