is dvr much more different in japan than it is in the us like is it like free for all customers or do you have to pay for it like in the us? because since you dont get reruns of sentai and kr episodes in japan, im wondering how you are able to watch what you have missed?

There are reruns of shows on various cable and satellite channels.

Also, we live in a digital era, people tend to download their shows if they miss them.
