Like I said in the Facebook comments, have him return as Mentor/Silver ranger.

Absolutely. This is needed. And needed badly. He's a great guy in real life, he's the single best Ranger in continuity, and the Silver Ranger from Dino Charge/Kyoryuger was made for him.

Totally should make an adaptation of Kyoryuger vs Gobusters, using the bits with MMPR and Dino Thunder.
...And get the guy who played Conner involved too.

We are in a season with cameos, why have cameos in DC?

That's the point. He'll be a full part on the show, not a cameo. Or did you mean the Connor thing?

But, it's stupid. BIG ANNIVERSARY SEASON! CAMEOS! Then to go to a show with more cameos,,like no. Geki want in Kyoryuger.

Because he wouldn't be coming back for just a Cameo. We want him to be a full-fledged member of the team. Kyoryu Silver was in more than just two episodes, you know.

It's more like having Austin do what JDF did for DT.

Except Austin St. John is a WAY nicer guy and is more deserving of badass Brachiosaurus powers.
