Ninja Zord 2014

Why hasn't it been released yet? I can't find it in stores or online! There is a page for it on Amazon but the status is "Currently Unavailable."

People have been spotting it for weeks in Canada. It just hasn't turned up regularly in the US yet. And this is question for the toys forum.
