OK, since the season finale was this past Monday, for those who watched it, what were your thoughts and opinions on the dub and localization of the series, and the show overall?

Also, what are your thoughts on it's supposed success of the series in the US?

I've never seen the show, but I heard he's a pretty iconic character. And Johnny Young Bosch does some voices in it

He does the protagonist Nobi i think.
It's kind of hard to believe when you hear it though.

It's pretty good, but its just another variation of his Adachi/Renton voice. I don't mind, but whenever I'm listening to one of his characters that has that voice, I swap around his characters saying it in my head, so it makes it a hell of a lot more funny.

I'm almost afraid to watch it since I love the original so much

Actually, it's supposed sucessful is great news, as anime on American television is pretty much limited to toonami. This should open up more kids' anime and just anime in general for Disney and channels as a whole.

Which may allow Disney to air Marvel: disk wars since Disney does have the rights to Marvel.

This NEEDS to be a thing.

I wonder if when they dub it they'll use the marvel voice cast they use in the recent marvel cartoons.

I still have massive doubts Disk Wars will come to the West, considering one of its main goals is to promote a toyline made by the company that's one of the main rivals of the one that owns the Marvel license here...

Anyway on topic - I do want to catch an episode of this to see what its like. Never watched anything Doreamon, but I know how much of a big deal it is. That said, I read about some of the changes they made and it feels like 90s anime dubbing all over again.
