What if sony make a kids channel who could rival to cartoon and Nickelodeon ?

Why would they? It's not exactly a solid business investment these days. Besides, what would they show?

Hasbro only made one because they had tons of properties that already had shows before.
And even then, only two of their shows (Transformers Prime and MLP: Friendship is Magic) were actually truly noteworthy, and the channel still failed.

Sony doesn't even have the head start with past shows.

what if saban make a deal ?

Saban has a deal in place with an existing company. Also, launching a channel just off the back of Power Rangers (and Power Rangers reruns) would be financial suicide.

One day we gonna have a good channel.

Nah. Saban cuts every corner possible. Despite being a billionaire, he wouldn't spend that much money for a channel.

Also, I just can't see Sony, who puts so much effort into their movies, to take a step down and start working on TV.

Everything is possible.
