Megaforce or Celestial Squadron
 

I've been thinking about this since the announcement. Remember when the rumors were the new season would be called "Power Rangers: Celestial Squadron"? Which, I think, started the whole Goseiger as the next series rumors. Then we learned, recently, That yes it will be Goseiger. But the name's going to be Power Rangers Megaforce. So do you like the name, or do you think it should've been Celestial Squadron?

Personally. I like Megaforce, alot. But I think Celestial Squadron would've worked a little better given Goseiger's motif. Angels, and Headers, and protecting the planet and all that.

I'm indifferent really. Megaforce seems like a dumb name, but Celestial Squadron is a bit of a mouthful.

Megaforce sounds very throwback to me, so for the 20th Anniversary, I dig it.

Megaforce is a lot better name. It's catchier.

Celestial Squadron might not actually make sense...

Celestial Squadron isn't a great name, especially if they drop the angel aspect of Goseiger, but at least it isn't as blandly generic as "Megaforce."

I picked Megaforce because it leaves open so much for them to take the series in a different direction than the Sentai version. Granted, it could end up being a copy/paste translation, which would be really confusing, and make me think that they were afraid "Celestial Squadron" would bring up too many non-PC issues.

That'd it annoy me if they copy/paste and then not call it Celestial Squadron, and you're exactly dead on for the reason to.

Celestial Squadron? This is the first time I've ever heard of this rumour.
