Ressha Sentai ToQGer: Galaxy Line SOS Discussion
 

So Overtime finally subbed the Summer Movie and I figured it's time to get a discussion rolling.

Yes! I can finally watch it...

You know... it's weird how I want to watch the movie, but I have lost all of my interest in the Sentai show itself. :lol

I honestly think that Galaxy Line SOS is better than Kyoryuger's Summer Movie.

It felt less rushed and there were far less plot holes. For better or for worse, it felt like an episode straight out of the show. I loved the GaoRanger reference and Safari GaoOh was cool, just a shame that the robot mode was only used for the finisher.

Just watched the subbed version myself and I gotta say: I LOVED it. The movie was really fun and entertaining and had all the charm that makes me love the show as well. Lady was an interesting character (even though I wish they had more time to give her some more backstory) and finally seeing another line that's related to the rainbow line was extremely cool (here too: I wish the movie would've been longer so we could've learned more about it).
The Safari-Toqgers were hilarious and despite being sceptical at first, I really liked Safari Ga-Oh as well.
One of my favorite Sentai summer movies for sure.

This movie was pretty good. Nothing super special, but it was fun enough.

It was pretty good and definitely felt like a proper instalment of the series. Fairly simple plot but quite fun, as we have come to expect from ToqGer.

It was hurt by being short though. Nile and especially the Safari Changes and Ga
-Oh were all pretty cool but only turned up briefly so we didn't really get to see them that well.
