Assuming the American suit actor is a woman.

I'm sure Sentai would appreciate it if there was an actual lady under the Poisandra suit unlike Candellira. Then again, the same could be said for fans who like Luka. :lol

She's voiced by a woman named Jackie Clarke. She's a New Zealander actress and singer, and apparently judged NZ Idol.

You can more or less tell it is a women by height and shape of the body, plus lately I read some were that saban was auditioning female suit actresses for power rangers dino charge.

A lot of the time the people in the suits for monster/male or female is an Asian man. But, they HAD been looking for Asians who lived in Auckland, New Zealand to act in the monster suits, preferably ones that can speak Japanese so they could communicate with the director of the 2nd Unit.

BTW for reference, suit Actor Hachisuka Yuichi has done a lot of sentai heroine roles in super sentai since the 80s.
He was also the suit actor for Candelilla in Kyoryuger and Madame Noir in ToQGer recently. His recent sentai heroine work was Yellow Buster.

Also Candelira. And Wagon. Both suit acted by a guy, the same guy who did a few female sentai to. If I remember right.
