Meh, this episode is weak in my opinion. The Special Unit's Caption is missing 3 episodes consecutively, if there isn't any trouble to the actor then it is hella dumb plot. What the heck is Special Unit that always have their member/boss absent?
For some reasons, although this is Lt. Otta's focused episode, I still couldn't find anything appeal about him. About fighting, everything is nerfed. They just suddenly nerfed Drive & Mach in the battle, making the MOTW powerful with the tiny stick.
