EMS Shipping Help
I really hate making these kind of threads but I need some help or advice. I have an order from AmiAmi that they sent out on the 6th. Here is the tracking as of today, the 16th:

Before you do anything else at all - what does Japan Post say?
One week is a bit premature to contact AmiAmi, and most certainly too soon to file a claim. |

I've had EMS take as long as four weeks. It isn't common, but it does happen.

I normally wouldn't freak out over this, but 2 of the items aren't for me.

It's been 2 weeks and the tracking is still the same. I think on Monday I'm going to file a claim with AmiAmi.

Still nothing. I even called the USPS and talked to someone in India who just typed in the tracking number and saw what I saw. When is it appropriate to contact AmiAmi?

Definitely now, write them. But play it cool, just ask about it and provide the info you collected already.

AmiAmi got back to me quickly, but I have to wait 2 more weeks before they can do anything. I do hope it comes because I want the items more than the money. Well thanks to anyone who replied or even bothered reading this.
