I think Takeru better use Toucon based Forms if he battle against Ganma Superior and Ganma Commando...

But yeah...still really nice episode....

I think the best parts of this episode were Cubi nonchalantly dodging all of Onari's strikes, Onari helping Javel and Takeru opening a whole kettle full of whoop-ass against the Ganma commandos.

I'm beginning to wonder if the overuse of Grateful is on purpose...

I still think that Grateful may get destroyed.

Well it IS his most powerful form with little downside. So why not get the most out of it?

Nishime Shun is just not a good actor.

He really isn't. The scene at the end with Alain's father was so bad.

I'm kind of mixed on the episode as a whole. I like the stuff in the Ganma world, but almost all of the cutaways to the supporting cast back on Earth felt really pointless and full of forced comedy. If it weren't for the fantastic scene with Onari and Javert, I'd have considered them all a waste. That scene, though... that's easily Onari's best moment in the show so far and I'd love to see more of this side of the character (although I don't expect to).

I get where he was coming from though. Like, it makes a lot of sense for Takeru to strongly empathize with Alain losing his father right before his eyes. But yeah, Shun definitely could have done a better job.
