Back? Can't say it ever went anywhere. The individual volumes are still easily found.

\Really though I'm unsure who this release is targeting. Coming out so long after the initial 2 half season volumes, and with no added extras, I can't say I see the benefit of owning it versus the others. I'm guessing it's only being put out now to hopefully cash in on TMNT Out of The Shadows being in theaters around the same time.

Does this count as toku? I know it's from Saban, but the show is not from Japan or is based on a Japanese toku franchise.

We have covered this series in the past, mostly because of it's Saban ownership as well as it's Power Rangers crossover. It fits the genre well enough.
