Wishes for Super Sentai 2017/18
 

Seeing that we are getting closer to finding out what the next Super Sentai series is, I would like to know what you guys want for the next series.

Here's what I personally want.

Theme: Knights. The reason for knights is because it's a theme that isn't really used in Super Sentai and I think it would work.

6. Silver/Cyan, Humanoid Knight and Horse

Megazord
Just like in Ninninger, I would have alternate modes where someone other than Red takes control.

Megazord Knight Mode: Knight is the head. Dragon is the Chest and it's tail can be a sword. Titan and Wolf are the hands. Pegasus is the legs.

Megazord Dragon Mode: Dragon Takes the head and half the chest for the wings. Knight takes half the chest. Titan and Wolf are the hands. Pegasus is the legs. Note: I know part of it was done in Ninninger but we didn't see it much.

Megazord Pegasus Mode: Pegasus is the Head, Chest and legs. Dragon is wings. Red is armour. Titan and Wolf are the hands.

6th Ranger Megazord: Horse Legs and Shield, Knight chest hands and head.

I can't really think of a combo of the two Megazords for the moment so feel free to leave your ideas.

That sounds like an awesome theme for Sentai. I definitely think it would work. A suggestion I have for the sixth is, if his mecha is a horse and a knight and red also has a knight, why not make sixth a little different. If he has a horse and a knight, put the two together into a centaur maybe?

Stop using lime green for green heroes.

I hope they take advantage of the space theme to do something special with the Flashmen... Or the Space Sheriffs... Or the Gokaiger... There are so many crossover possibilities. :)

Tensou Sentai Kyoryuger, Dinosaurs and Angels together for the first time.

I just want to see a non-standard color scheme. I like that Kyouryuuger, ToQger, Ninninger, and Zyuohger each had at least one unique ranger color concept, and I hope they continue it. Maybe have a violet or orange ranger in the main five again? Or if they brought back the Jetman/Kakuranger/Gaoranger scheme of Red/Blue/Yellow/Black/White that would be cool as well.

Running down the "Kyu = Nine" rabbit hole for a moment...

I'd love it if we started the show with three senshi. Then, as the series progresses, we get two more teams of three integrated into the proceedings, as pseudo-antagonists or friendly adversaries who learn to play well with each other over the course of the show. I see it as sorta like the Hurricangers and the Gouraigers, but with more players at the table.

I don't really think that something so radical would ever happen, but it would be cool to see some sort of shakeup of the established format.

Given that we already had 10 total in one show your theory is not far fetched IMO. I think it could work.
