Kyoryu Sentai Koseidon Revival?
 

Yes, this is the ORIGINAL Kyoryu Sentai. Created by Tsubaraya in 1978, Dinosaur Corps Koseidon was one of a few original Tsubaraya shows, such as Izenborg, and Azteckaiser. A couple of days ago, Tencent pictures, struck a deal with director David Goyer, to make a couple of films and shows for the company. Among the shows listed, Koseidon was listed, with the producer being Takashige Ichise. No other news has been heard, however, a promotional picture has been posted on multiple social media outlets.

I like the sound of this, especially with Takashige Ichise involved. I wonder if it'd be able to be released in Japan with the "Kyoryu Sentai" part or if Toei have a stranglehold over that these days.

This show was really cool, particularly for '78. Pre-mech heavy machines and the weirdest looking Sentai this side of Condorman.

Yeah, I thought it was really wierd too. Not as wierd as Aizenborg.

Ah, yeah - Aizenborg's Gemeni is, all around, the ultimate Weirdest Sentai.
