Did they give any context for the image? Are they outside the new alien-aesthetic command center for the first time?

Sorry - just uploaded to thread. Didn't know it was 10MB in original size, had to resize it.

One of two possibilities:

A): Command Center (though a few have suggested that already)

B): Rita Imprisoned (they got to release her without re-using the whole "Dumb astronauts in a shuttle on the "moon")

B-2) Of course, if the Rangers are the ones who release her, then they basically have to spend the movie "cleaning-up the mess of the world they're inadvertently responsible for".
