This did it! This had something to it for me! There were no new characters to speak of, but if you want Zenowing and Heckyl/Snide history, this gives it to you. Riley of all people is finally given an episode which feels somewhat appropriate and works into the story. Wrench revives a horde of old monsters, and Tyler notes how Iceage, Stingrage, and Meteor have been defeated time and time again, which is largely what we're all thinking. Strange how Arcanon cares so little for Doomwing if he can't become a Ranger, but it's a small detail. It was basically a large scale action-based episode with some feeling. Despite the large number of monsters, the Extra Rangers (Purple, Aqua, and Graphite) don't appear (save for Kendall as herself). Regardless, this was just plain fun!

P.S.: Correct me if I'm wrong, but since Zenowing is adapted from the Torin suit/character and both change into a Ranger form, does this make the first GENUINE crossover of a Ranger character's "civilian form" in Sentai/PR relations!!! Sure there are other candidates like Doggie from S.P.D., but Zenowing essentially uses the same form unlike other variations.
