Rider Kabuto essential episodes?
Kabuto was the first Rider series I ever watched, but I saw it when it originally airing (it's be so long, I just don't remember it much) - I wanted to watch it again... but I want to avoid all the "filler" episodes without missing too much of the main story-line/plot.
So, can anyone suggest the essential episodes I should watch please? |
It's best to see all of them tbh, Kabuto's that good! The first 20-ish episodes focus on world-building before plot though imo

I'm at episode 18 - this is my first time watching - and I don't yet feel like I've seen an episode that felt like filler. The introduction of a particular character came close, but that episode was necessary for understanding what followed.

I'm watching this as well (the durt-cheep Malay Shin Yin DVD box version - pretty sure they're 480p - get the Lambaian Filem version if possible {what I thought I ordered!}).
Very confused as to what the big problems are here. I'm about 10 deep and am loving it. Very surreal. |

If you want to be really anal, you can skip anything not written by Shoji Yonemura. Toshiki Inoue wrote most of the episodes revolving around Riders who weren't Kabuto, Gatack, and TheBee and you can sorta say they're ultimately unimportant to the story. (as far as their impact on other characters, that's a different matter)
